March For Equity, LLC is a forward-thinking organization committed to fostering social equity across key sectors, including Health, Economics, Technology, Education, and Cannabis. Founded by Brett and Shana Melius with a mission to bridge gaps in access and opportunity, educate those affected by the War on Drugs and to increase awareness about career opportunities. March For Equity focuses on educating and empowering underserved communities to achieve meaningful progress and sustainable growth. Through innovative programs, community engagement initiatives, and strategic collaborations, the organization addresses systemic inequities while providing practical tools for success. March For Equity envisions a society where individuals from all walks of life can thrive and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future. In addition to, establishing March For Equity Educational vocational training programs, which are a series of curriculums that will provide individuals the ability to learn about the cannabis industry and the opportunity to obtain a career within the Cannabis Industry.
