Shana Melius, MBA, MA

Co-Founder & CEO

Shana was born in Manhattan, New York, and raised in the Bronx, NY, and Winston-Salem, NC. Shana found out early that leadership was in her destiny, coming from an entrepreneurial background within her family, where both grandfathers owned their businesses. Shana began her career in the music industry at The Inc Records (formerly Murder Inc. Records) in 2001. She worked as one of the Grammy-winning artists, Ja Rule Manager’s assistants. She left The Inc Records in 2004 and started her publicity and photography firm, Mac-Melius Agency, Inc., with now-husband Brett Melius. The company has worked and represented politicians and celebrities such as Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke, Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr., Congressman Jamaal Bowman, Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, NYC City Council Members , Mayor Ras Baraka, Former NFL player Thomas Jones and Edgerrin James, Artist Lil Kim, Casanova, Do It All, Kevin Hart, DJ Clue, Meagan Good, Boxer Roy Jones, Jr., to name a few. Brett’s work has been featured in NY Times, Daily News, Boston Herald and numerous publications. Mac-Melius Agency co-founders have also co-authored historical legislation called Jaden’s Law and developed a historical cord blood program through their 501 (c)(3) organization called Preserve Our Legacy, Inc. She is also Co-Founder of Music & Power Awards (Formerly Power & Music Awards), an African American Music Month awards show. Brett and Shana also launched March For Equity. A company that educates individuals, with a focus on justice-involved individuals, about social equitable opportunities in Health, Economics, Real Estate, Technology, Education and Cannabis. Shana has a BA in African-American Studies/Anthropology from Temple University. She also has an MBA in Media Management and a Master’s in Health & Wellness Therapy. Shana is currently a Ph.D candidate with a focus in Communications. She is a former US House of Representatives candidate and five years staffer.

Brett Melius, MA

Co-Founder

Co-Founder of March For Equity, is a New York native and graduate of the NYC’s School of Visual Arts, Brett Melius started his career in photography over 10 years ago mentioned by some of the most prestigious names in the industry. As a student Brett assisted professionals like Bruce Wolfe and Guy Aroch. Brett has worked for international modeling agencies like Elite, Wilhelmina and IMG. To date, Brett can be found shooting some of the most talented Athletes, Actors, recording artists and models around the world. Brett’s work can be found in a variety of publications including: Amsterdam News, Boston Herald, Positive Community, Sister to Sister Magazine, XXL Magazine and The Source Magazine. Brett also has a construction company called Tight Knit Builders, LLC where he builds sets and does commercial and home renovations. Has been in business since 2014. Brett has a Master’s in Construction Management

Tiffani Hilton, MBA

Director of Logistics

Tiffani Hilton is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) lecturer, public speaker, professional coach, social media content creator, writer and management strategist. She is passionate about empowering and advocating for members of disenfranchised populations to effectuate positive sustainable change.

Twenty years’ experience in healthcare management, more than a decade devoted to developing programs and platforms which support some of society’s most vulnerable and at-risk populations has become Tiffani’s wheelhouse. She continues to empower professionals, especially woman and people of color to successfully navigate workplace and social barriers, identify the psychological and emotional impacts of prolonged exposure to discrimination (covert and overt) in both the workplace and entrepreneurial sectors.

Tiffani’s strengths include her transparent and direct approach. Identifying opportunities, relationship building, concise communication, remediation/conflict resolution, individual, and organization planning and management. Tiffani holds an MBA, a Six Sigma Greenbelt and New York University Project Management Certification.

Isis Harris

Coordination Manager

Isis Harris Daughter of the legendary wellness guru -John Harris, Isis A. Harris is a mother of five, a Lifelong Vegan, a Native New Yorker, known for her work/calling as a Wellness Ambassador, an Entertainment Producer(Movies and Music), an Actress, a Real Estate Investor, and a Serial Entrepreneur. She lives by the code of loving what you do and living your life to the fullest. Because of her code, she has lived many lives and racked up millions of life experience points that she is ready to share with the world.
From studying Engineering at HBCU- Howard University to Touring the world as award winning Rap Mogul Nas’ personal assistant, to producing music, theatre and film; and being a full time Momager to her 5 children’s busy acting careers. She is now premiering her newest film entitled “Out of Spite” starring Kristen Graham and herself. She has also launched ,her passion project- a Luxurious Skincare called Original Goddess. Original Goddess is a holistic skincare line, dedicated to activating the body’s natural regenerative energy.

Antar Ali

Community Engagement & Events Strategist

Antar Ali is an emerging personality in the Cannabis Industry. In little less than a year, Antar has been able to grow his audience and involvement within the community in both East Coast and West Coast barriers. He aims to connect with like minded individuals who are willing to collaborate at a respectable rate in which both sides can benefit and grow from the experience. He is the creator of the book, “420 God’s Bible” and runs his own podcast “420 Fellowship” which can be found on Instagram. You are invited to partner with Antar to promote your brand/business on his Website, Page, Podcast, etc.

420 God’s Bible is an interactive experience like no other. The reader will learn to take in insightful journey with the Cannabis Plant, the written word, and the Spirit. A page a day a J a day’ is all it takes to experience a new connection with the 420 God’s bible Community. The pages in this book assist the reader’s natural inquisitive nature of the higher self, by encouraging self reflection, meditation and writing. After finishing your spiritual journey, the reader will have a chance to submit her/his journal to compile volume Il of 420 God’s Bible. Rick Seward

Production Manager

Rick “Starr” Steward is a visionary entrepreneur, entertainment executive, and industry pioneer. As the Chief Operating Officer of Corporate America, LLC, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth across multiple sectors, including music, television, film, and political engagement.

Rick’s career in entertainment began with a major introduction to the industry through Atlantic Records, where he successfully developed and launched singer-songwriter Kevin Michael—his son—into the mainstream. Before that, he honed his skills as an engineer and assistant to Grammy Award-winning mix engineer Al Alberts Jr. His career trajectory then led him to Baltimore, MD, where he worked at OZ Studios with All-Pro wide receiver Michael Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens.

His expertise in music production has connected him with some of the industry’s biggest names. Rick collaborated with multi-platinum group Dru Hill, recorded with hip-hop artist Philadelphia Freeway, and worked with renowned talents such as Dr. Dre and Tupac’s vocalist Ms. Barbra Wilson. Additionally, he had the honor of working with Muhammad Ali’s daughter, May May Ali, and even performed live on stage with the legendary Michael Jackson during the United We Stand ABC special.

Beyond entertainment, Rick has expanded Corporate America, LLC into the political sphere. One of his most notable contributions has been mentoring and elevating Celebrity Host and U.S. Youth Ambassador Fred Green. Under Rick’s guidance, Fred entered the entertainment and political landscape at the young age of 14, growing into a platform that has reached countless campaigns, events, and youth initiatives.

Corporate America, LLC has played an instrumental role in producing and coordinating major events, securing talent, and offering production services. As the head of one of the industry’s rising entertainment firms, Rick leads diversified operations, including FCC-licensed LPFM radio stations, partnerships with linear and non-linear cable television companies, and a music festival and events division. His focus on expansion includes filmed entertainment, pay-per-view content, and the international distribution of Corporate America’s festival brand.

Additionally, Corporate America, LLC serves as an internship partner with Cheyney University, providing students hands-on experience in communications and entertainment. Furthering his own knowledge, Rick is currently pursuing a degree in public policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Rick “Starr” Steward credits his success to faith, perseverance, and a relentless drive to achieve the extraordinary. He extends gratitude to his friends, business partners, and supporters for their role in his journey. His mission remains clear: to innovate, inspire, and uplift through entertainment, education, and civic engagement. As a board member for March For Equity, Rick manages all production for events, workshops and concerts.
